- Select Mediafly in the list
- Press the menu button
- Select "Edit Permissions"
- Set the permissions for Connections to "Allow"
- Set Interactions to "Allow" (if this doesn't work, then try "Custom")

- Press the menu button and select "Save"
Finally, your firewall must be disabled. This setting is disabled by default, but your workplace IT team may enable this automatically. Please contact your workplace IT team for advice before proceeding. To disable the firewall, if permitted:
- Open "Options" (wrench icon) -> Security Settings -> Firewall
- Make sure Firewall is set to "disabled" and save the changes.
What if I still get a 'network' error after correcting my permissions?
Some carriers have issues routing to our servers with default network settings on some handsets.
If you have T-mobile or AT&T, go to Options (wrench icon)-> Advanced Options -> TCP and enter an APN as follows:
T-mobile:
Try each APN in the suggested order. "Username" and "Password" should be left blank
APN #1: wap.voicestream.com
APN #2: epc.tmobile.com
APN #3: epn.tmobile.com
APN #4: internet2.voicestream.com
APN #5: internet3.voicestream.com
AT&T, try this APN:
APN: WAP.CINGULAR
Username: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password: CINGULAR1
If these replacement APNs do not resolve these issues, we recommend you next contact your cellular carrier to verify you do not have out-of-date network routing information associated with your cellular data plan, or do not require a firmware update for your device.
