Update: 7/31/2009
Mediafly is now working directly with the FHF team and we have lots of interesting things launching soon which the FHF fans will love. More coming soon.Original Post:
We have received a deluge of emails recently from people asking to "bring back the Frosty, Heidi & Frank" podcast. Below, is a good example of the passion and dedication people speak with about their "FHF" shows.
So, I wanted to create a place where everyone can post their pleas to at least keep the show archived shows active.
So, please share your passion for Frosty, Heidi & Frank... and if you post a comment, I encourage you to mention would you would be willing to do, to promote their show to help them keep it going."
The new Frosty, Heidi and Frank Podcast
You can get the new FHF podcast show here:

A message from a fan like you:
"I found out about [Mediafly] through a friend, who is just as hooked on the "Frosty Heidi & Frank Show" podcast as I am. I can't tell you how truly amazing it is to still be able to get my FHF Fix, considering they have been off the air for a few months now.
However, recently I have been noticing that alot of the podcasts recorded before November are unavailable... Please please please tell me this is only a temporary problem, and that the old shows will be back online. Is it a legal matter? (If so I am willing to pay for podcasts!) Are there just too many people trying to download shows at once? Please let me know what the deal is and if it can be repaired. I support everything you guys are doing, and keep up the great work! MORE FHF PLEASE!"

They are the most entertaining podcasts I listen to, pleeeeease dont get rid of them. Since they are cancelled now these old shows are all that we have left. Save old FHF!

I noticed that CBS started "rolling off" the older podcasts in 2008. It may have been a storage issue, as I noticed this was occurring across a number of shows, not just FHF.
Back in the summer of 2008, FHF was making veiled comments about the show coming to an end. So before any of the old podcasts were removed, I started downloading and storing all the older FHF shows. Once I had all the back shows, I downloaded and saved each new show on a daily basis.
Once the show went off the air, I checked and found that my FHF podcast collection (which covers shows from 2006 through early 2009) spanned a fairly impressive 45 gigabytes. So when you figure this sort of storage is needed across a large number of shows on CBS servers, I'm guessing the network may just be making room to store newer (and still on the air) programs.

Please, please keep the FHF podcasts. I listen to them every day at work and it really helps make the day go faster. I listened to FHF for years until the radio format changed. Though I have heard many of the podcasts already, I can listen to them over and over again, plus there are so many I have yet to hear. Since the radio programming changed, the podcasts are all we have left. I know it's not a global issue and there are bigger things going on but having a simple pleasure, such as this, really makes a difference.

Frost Heidi & Frank have kept me in stitches for years! I tuned in every day during my commute & on my lunch hour. I can honestly say that I was late for work on many occasions because I wanted to hear the end of Frosty's 'boring' stories. FHF are more to us than just a unique blend of radio personalities...they've become actual friends via the radio & live events. KLSX was the only station I listened to. We, the fans, are an extremely loyal group of consumers. I would gladly pay to hear their shows again! FHF FOREVER! And yes, I DID REMOVE 97.1 from my radio presets IMMEDIATELY after their last show.

I liked them, too, and when they went off, I tried to 'friend' Heidi and Frank on Facebook. No reponse. You'd think they'd need fans and friends now.
So, f--k 'em.

They have met their max quota in friends on facebook. You need to add them on their fan page now.

Ash,
You said you have all of the 97.1 FHF poscasts archived personally? Is there any way I could persuade you to contact me offline so I might be able to get copies??? It would really be appreciated! Thanks!

Ash,
Have you considered making your collection available via a torrent so the rest of the FHF fans can access them. I was only able to acquire a few months before they were removed from CBS servers.

For anybody that doesn't get enough Frosty, Heidi and Frank....
Go to iTunes. Under FHF - Frosty, Heidi and Frank Classic part1 through part3 there are over 200 of their old shows from the FreeFM days and more are added all the time. Each part will have 100 podcasts and eventually their will be 12 or 13 parts. If you liked their old show on KLSX, download the episodes and listen to them when FHF are on their christmas brake.
Enjoy!!!

I too am disappointed that the FHF podcasts from their 97.1 days are no longer available for download. I'm a VIP on the H&F website and would be open to paying for the old episodes if they were made available. Love H&F but miss FHF!!!
